XDS is seeking an in-house, full-time Territory Sales Manager to join us on this ground-floor opportunity to support XDS’s international expansion. This is a hands-on, field-based, independent-contributor sales role focused on opening new dealer accounts and getting X-LAB bikes on shop floors across a defined territory. You’ll be out in-market most days, walking into stores, having real conversations with shop owners and managers, and building relationships face to face. This role is about laying the groundwork for XDS internationally, and being the brand’s presence on the ground.
What You’ll Do
Build X-LAB’s presence across your territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.
Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through planned outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and in-person cold visits.
Manage the sales process from the first conversation through account setup and initial order.
Grow productive relationships with new and existing dealers.
Requirements:
5+ years of relationship-based sales experience, preferably selling to small and midsize businesses
Comfort and flexibility with traveling up to four days per week in the field, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow-up skills
Interest in cycling, sporting goods, specialty retail, or performance products preferred; bicycle-industry experience is a plus, but not required
Communicate fluent in both English and local languages
Success Metrics
Qualified new dealer accounts opened.
Territory revenue and growth against agreed targets.
Dealer activation, repeat ordering, and account development.
