Instead of spending your time researching accounts, creating lists and drafting outreach manually, you will build, own and improve an agentic system that manages the work.\nYou apply your own judgement in the process, and are fully responsible for the outputs. What you don’t automate is the conversation itself - you take over the moment a real conversation begins and build relationships with prospects.\nAs in a classic BDR role, your success is measured on opportunities generated. You know how to leverage AI and agentic systems to reach a new level of output.\nWhat you will do\nRun prospecting agents\nOwn multiple prospecting plays in HubSpot, each with its own audience, signals, selling context, and guardrails\n\nWrite and refine the prompt blocks: research instructions, persona-specific messaging variants, objection libraries\n\nApprove, edit, or reject every AI draft before it reaches a prospect, and refine the prompts\n\nOwn your book of 1,000+ accounts\nThe agents monitor all of your assigned accounts for buying signals - you decide the appropriate action\n\nYou create follow-up plays for every webinar, event, or content launch\n\nHave conversations\nBlock time daily for cold calls into priority accounts\n\nEngage with prospects and hand over relationships to Account Executives with account summary\n\nWho you are\nYou have 1-2 years in a BDR role or Sales operations, and you are passionate about prospecting\n\nHands-on experience with AI prospecting tools (Clay, HubSpot, Claude etc.) and LLM prompting\n\nStrong written judgment: you can tell in 5 seconds whether an AI-drafted email is good or not\n\nComfort with ambiguity: you'll build parts of this role as you go\n\nStrong ownership : when your prospecting agents don’t deliver, you take over to hit your target\n\nWhat we offer\nA transparent, collaborative and high-agency culture rooted in Carbonfact's principleshere\n\nWe provide the essential modern amenities: MacBook, headset, AI subscription, etc.\n\n100% coverage of premium health insurance with Alan\n\nFitness and commuter benefits\n\nAnnual learning budget to support professional development\n\nTeam retreats and social events multiple times a year\n\nTransparent compensation framework with level-based salary and equity;
