CarDekho is looking for an experienced AI Native - Software Development Engineer - II to help build the next-gen, state-of-the-art digital lending platform. We are looking for strong process-driven technologists who are passionate to solve large-scale complex software engineering problems in a repeatable, scalable, and maintainable way.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\n- As an AI-Native SDE II, you will own the entire product lifecycle from initial architecture to final deployment.\n\n- Your primary daily workflow will revolve around agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) for automated code generation, AI-assisted debugging, and rapid prototyping.\n\n- Develop and ship highly available and scalable back-end, front-end, and database software components.\n\n- Grow and mentor software engineers and work with them to identify, design, prototype, and evaluate great product features.\n\n- Extensively write high-quality code using a maintainable, testable, and collaborative agile process.\n\n- Deep dive into Rupyy's world-class software systems and technologies, and work side by side with product and design teams.\n\n- Implement critical components and help define the architectural vision, collaborating with partner teams across the organization and mentoring and developing junior engineers.\n\n- Develop automated tests and deliver high-quality code to production within a short development cycle in a continuous integration and delivery environment.\n\n- Propose, design, and build innovative tools and frameworks for use by engineering teams at Rupyy.\n\n- Utilize agentic AI tools and workflows as a primary driver for code generation, complex debugging, and drafting system architectures.\n\nSkills:\n\n- BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent experience.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in building cloud software services and systems for web-scale products.\n\n- Hands-on and deep experience building applications and expert-level proficiency in modern programming languages like TypeScript/JavaScript, NodeJS.\n\n- Database skills with SQL (MySQL & Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB or similar), data pipelines with Kafka, RedShift etc, CI/CD development.\n\n- Hands-on and deep experience building frontend applications using technology like ReactJS, NextJS & ReactNative.\n\n- Experience mentoring and training the engineering team members on complex technical issues.\n\n- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.\n\n- Proven experience in agentic workflows, AI-assisted development, and building or integrating LLM-powered applications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor,
