# Community Manager

POSITION: Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) COMPENSATION: Pursuant to WA regulations, if this job is performed in WA, the salary range is $77,968.80 - $79,968.80 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. SUMMARY As a Community Manager you are primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This is accomplished by effectively directing and coordinating the community's overall operational activities.
