POSITION: Security Guard Manager COMPENSATION: ENTER THE FLSA STATUS (EXEMPT SALARIED / NON-EXEMPT HOURLY) $45/hourly Part time REPORTS TO: Community Manager SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to support the safety and security of our student housing community. The Security Officer will maintain a visible presence on the property, monitor access, conduct routine patrols, and respond to incidents in a courteous and timely manner. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to): Supervises the security guard on duty Responsible for ensuring reports and inspections are completed and sent to the CM the Patrol the property regularly to deter unauthorized activity and ensure resident safety Monitor building access, cameras, and security systems Enforce community policies and report violations as needed Respond to emergencies, safety concerns, and resident requests for assistance Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and visitors Communicate
