The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nBe a hands-on individual contributor, who can design solutions, code, automate and review the deliverables of other team members.\nDesign and develop Salesforce applications using configuration and custom apex code\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies.\nUnderstand and meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development principles and product goal\nCollaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globe.\nQualifications\nDegree in Computer Science or a related field \nStrong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design\nGreat communication skills and an ability to work in a team\n2 - 4 Years as a Salesforce.com Developer\nProgramming skills and expertise in Apex Programming and Java/.Net development.\nExperience with Salesforce Development with Apex programming\nAt least One year Experience in Sales or Service Cloud modules\nExperience with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools is a plus\nKnowledge of Agentforce or One work experience is good. AI certification is a plus.\nCertifications on Admin is must and PD1 is added advantage.\nAdditional development skills\nKnowledge of Agentforce or One work experience is good.
