This job family manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing.\nIT Program & Project Management also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.\nAccountabilities\nDemonstrates knowledge of project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing processes.\nMonitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, budget or resource adjustments, connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case.\nPrioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders.\nEffectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success.\nConnects project objectives to broader organizational goals.\nEstablish, build and maintain key relationships, including cross functional teams\nNegotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project\nDevelops and maintains integrated deployment plan, spanning multiple workstreams\nCoordinates among cross-functional tower owners to ensure cohesive alignment to overall program timeline and objectives\nTriages any implementation issues, develop risk & issue log and create mitigation plan(s)\nPrepares detailed implementation / deployment plans and implements various transition management tools (e.g. program status updates, templates to track key milestones, etc.)\nLeads go-live support to identify, track, and drive resolution of risks and issues\nQualifications\nBachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience\n4 - 8 years experience in related field preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, PPT)\nIntermediate knowledge in using Planview (Project and Portfolio Management tool)preferred\nHave financial acumen and experience in managing/controlling project budgets up to USD 5M preferred\nPresentation skills required; must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed plans\nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills\nProven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project\nWilling to work US hours in a hybrid set up (BGC)\n** Internal candidates have to be in a P2/P3/M1 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position.
