May maintain records.\nJob Summary\nThe Associate I of Material Handling is responsible for ensuring orderly movement of raw material and or finished goods. They also record and maintain accurate inventory records for either raw material and or finished goods.\nResponsibilities\nPerforms visual inspections of incoming and outgoing materials for visible damages.\nManually moves material on a timely basis consistent with production requirements.\nRecords movement of material in ERP system.\nMaintains housekeeping, stage raw and or finish goods in inventory location.\nOperate manual pallet jack\nUse simple hand tools such as allen wrenches, pliers, scissors, and tape measure.\n General housekeeping such as sweeping, brushing walls, empty trash.\nQualifications\n0-1 years of experience, preferred\nHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred\nWhat is expected of you and others at this level\nApplies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area\nMaintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications\nWorks on basic and routine assignments\nWorks within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods\nAdheres to all quality guidelines\nWorks under close supervision\nAll work is reviewed for accuracy\nAny deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding\nCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.\nCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
