Effectively partners with outsourced staff to take necessary course correcting actions.\nDefines and executes internal controls to manage financial risk.\nIs able to strategically and effectively identify improvement opportunities and identifies the appropriate tools, approach, and cross functional involvement to execute on opportunities that are identified. \nQualifications\nBachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred\n5+ years experience in related field, public accounting or SEC reporting experience, preferred\nSupervisory or Managerial experience with direct reports, preferred\nCPA preferred\nWhat is expected of you and others at this level\nIs able to communicate effectively and efficiently to all levels within the organization. \nIs adept at identifying and responding to internal control and financial statement risk.
