This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.\nTalent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction.\nTalent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.\nProactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across Cardinal Health.\n\nAssesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.\n\nCreates a positive candidate experience.\n\nEnsures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.\n\nAccountabilities in this role\nResponsible for assisting in the selection and hiring of talent for Cardinal Health. This would include but not be limited to:\nHandling candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details\n\nFacilitate the candidate on-boarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing\n\nManaging other logistical details including invoice processing\n\nManaging recruiter/hiring manager/candidate communication\n\nCreating a positive candidate experience\n\nQualifications\n3-6 years of experience or 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferred\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred\n\nAdvanced computer skills (experience in Workday, Outlook and other internet-based systems and tools), preferred\n\nStrong written and verbal communications skills\n\nMust have strong attention to detail, initiative, a high level of integrity, judgement, and follow-through\n\nMust be willing to work a fixed night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila)\n\nComfortable participating/contributing to a global team environment\n\n**Internal employees must have at least 1 year of solid HR / TA experience to be eligible to apply for this position.\nWhat is expected of you and others at this level\nEffectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments\n\nIn-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area\n\nApplies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently\n\nMay modify process to resolve situations\n\nWorks independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments\n\nMay provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members\n\nCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.\nCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
