Also open to remote candidates in Eastern and Central time zones who can travel to Dublin, Ohio once a quarter.\nWhat Treasury contributes to Cardinal Health\nFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.\nTreasury develops, recommends, and executes financial policy with a focus on corporate finance, capital markets, financial risk, international treasury, and treasury operations. This job family sets an appropriate capital structure, ensuring that at all times the company has the liquidity to meet its obligations and fund strategic initiatives. Treasury also identifies and manages risks that could erode financial strength.\nResponsibilities\nSupport daily international treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, payment execution, cash forecasting, risk mitigation, reporting, analytics, and bank account administration\nMonitor and manage daily cash positions and short-term liquidity forecasts to ensure international legal entities and businesses have adequate funding.\nIdentify efficient funding alternatives and recommend appropriate actions to optimize liquidity.\nInvest international cash in accordance with the company’s investment policy while balancing liquidity, risk, and efficiency.\nApply knowledge of global banking practices to advise on bank account structures, products, services, and overall banking strategies.\nLead bank account opening, closing, and maintenance activities, including the management of bank fees and identification of cost-reduction opportunities.\nLead and support treasury projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.\nProactively develop technical expertise and stay current on treasury trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices.\nProvide regional support and cross-functional coverage for treasury operations.\nManage time-sensitive guarantee requirements for bids and tenders, coordinating with banks and internal business partners to ensure timely issuance.\nMaintain strong internal controls and ensure treasury activities are executed accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.\nAnalyze treasury data and develop insights and recommendations that support business and policy decisions.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred\n3+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet modeling and data analysis.\nStrong knowledge of banking products, services, and treasury practices.\nDemonstrated ability to apply corporate finance and treasury principles to business decisions.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nPrevious experience with a Treasury Management System preferred; Kyriba experience is a plus.\nCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.\nAnticipated salary range: $82,100-$128,920\nBonus eligible: No\nBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.\nMedical, dental and vision coverage\nPaid time off plan\nHealth savings account (HSA)\n401k savings plan\nAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPay\nFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)\nShort- and long-term disability coverage\nWork-Life resources\nPaid parental leave\nHealthy lifestyle programs\nApplication window anticipated to close: 10/16/2026* if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.\nThe salary range listed is an estimate.
