Work closely with developers, quality engineers, product managers and other teams to get high-quality products and features through SDLC.\nManage delivery schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to stakeholders. Take responsibility for schedules and milestones, keeping high velocity in a fast paced environment.\nNegotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution.\nCoordinates with Cloud Platform teams for process standardization for streamlined operations around Data Load, Deployment and data monitoring.\nEnsures employees operate within guidelines and standards as defined by the compliance, Organizational governance as well as CoE of related technology.\nDemonstrates ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences and mediums.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience\nExperience managing teams of 10+ resources including full time, contract and/or vendor resources\n8+ years of experience in Big Data systems, Data Lakes and Analytics related field managing Build & RUN teams\nKnowledge in Data Movement Technologies and Cloud Data Warehouse technologies including but not limited to experience with GCP, Big Query, Google Cloud Storage.\nPrefer experience managing teams and service delivery in an ODC (Offshore Delivery Center) setting for MNC (multi-national company)\nExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, showcases/demos, user story estimation, backlog refinement)\nAbility to develop individuals along a professional career path\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nPrefer experience with DevOps Agile practices\nCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
