Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Commercial Excellence, this individual will transform business priorities into compelling customer experiences across web, email, eCommerce, social media, events, and print.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong multimedia design capabilities with expertise in digital marketing, web content, and customer experience. They are comfortable acting as a strategic partner, recommending solutions and shaping campaigns from concept through execution and optimization, rather than simply fulfilling creative requests.\nYour Contribution to the Organization\nPartner with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business growth priorities.\n\nTranslate business objectives into effective customer-facing marketing programs, content, and creative assets.\n\nDesign and optimize customer experiences across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, eCommerce, social media, and digital channels.\n\nCreate multimedia content including digital, print, video, presentation, and sales enablement materials.\n\nSupport category, portfolio, and solution-based marketing initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.\n\nCollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns, playbooks, and customer-facing value propositions that drive engagement and growth.\n\nAnalyze campaign performance and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and customer experience.\n\nEnsure consistent application of Cardinal Health brand standards across all customer touchpoints.\n\nThis Job might be for you if:\nDegree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.\n\n1-2 years of experience in multimedia design, digital marketing, campaign development, or a related role.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).\n\nExperience managing website content and working with CMS platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of UX/UI principles, HTML/CSS, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.\n\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution\n\nExperience with marketing automation, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.\n\nB2B marketing experience.\n\nBilingualism (English/French) is an asset.\n\nPortfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and strategic campaign thinking.\n\nAnticipated salary range: $52 700- $77 220\nBonus eligible: No\nIf Yes: This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
