Join ourpre-wired team to make an impact by operating manual and semi-automated pre-wired electrode machine to produce disposable electrodes while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.\nFor more information on what it is like to work for us, please watch this video: Cardinal Health - Wings.\nSchedule:\n 12 hr shifts\nRotating weekly - 2 weeks Day Shift 7am-7pm, and 2 weeks Night Shift 7pm-7am. (WK 1 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat - WK 2 Sun, Wed, Thurs)\nYour Contributions to the Organization:\nDuties and requirements of the job include, but are not limited to:\n1. Operation of semi-automated pre-wired electrode machine in a safe manner to produce disposable electrodes\nSet up machine and replenish with proper materials as required\nPerform the manual process steps as required, wire placement, wire wrap and packaging\nMonitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments as needed\nEnsure all safety guards are in place and functional\nEnsure line clearances completed accurately\nEnsure proper coding of product\nEnsure proper use of correct materials\n2. Cleaning and preventative maintenance\nEnsure clean & orderly work cell by following the 5S standards to improve overall efficiency of operations\n3. Perform in-process quality assurance tests\nSample product as defined for the process\nDocument checks on DHR as defined in work instructions and quality system\nNotify Lead Hand, Supervisor, or Quality Assurance of non-conformances\nEducation / Training and/or Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nMachine maintenance skills and problem solving ability\nMechanical aptitude is an asset\nComfortable with lifting up to 10 lbs and work in repetitive motion\nDetail orientated while taking pride in producing work with high accuracy\nEnjoy working in a fast paced environment\nAbility to work both sitting and standing positions\nAbility to work in team environment where clear communication and quality control are crucial\nAbility to work in a 24/7 environment\nGeneral knowledge of an industrial/manufacturing environment\nComputer skills is an asset\nOur Employees all benefit from:\nFull dental and health benefits including life insurance from day 1\nPension plan with employer matching level contribution\nIncentive plan participation\nPaid vacation days\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid uniform and safety shoes allowance\nIn-house training on safety measures, production tasks and equipment\nPay range: $ 19.00 per hour (Plus 0.84$ shift differential)\nBonus eligible: Yes.
