This dynamic and exciting leadership position is in a busy practice, and you will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will have direct oversight over a multi-functional team of front desk staff, medical assistants, and ultra-sound technicians. This role is responsible for providing day to day operational leadership support and guidance across the practice. Occasional project work, cross-team coverage, and other responsibilities will be expected. This position is estimated to start in late December/early January as the practice will launch in February 2027.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOversee daily clinical and administrative operations.\n\nManage daily operations, including staff scheduling, provider/testing schedule optimization, and ensuring practice communication through meetings.\n\nPartner with physician leadership and CardioOne operations to execute practice goals.\n\nSupervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.\n\nOversee scheduling, registration, patient flow, clinical support, revenue-cycle coordination, and patient experience.\n\nOptimize scheduling efficiencies to grow practice volume.\n\nLead initiatives to improve patient experience and ensure that payment-at-time-of-service metrics are met.\n\nMonitor operational and financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nOnsite HR functions including but not limited to employee coaching, mentoring, employee management, annual review, performance improvements and conflict resolution, payroll and time off approval.\n\nCoordinate hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations with CardioOne.\n\nManage vendors, supplies, equipment, facilities, and practice resources.\n\nAddress patient and operational concerns promptly and professionally.\n\nPromote compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, safety, and accreditation requirements.\n\nImplement process improvements that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and patient outcomes.\n\nFacilitate meetings with providers on a monthly basis.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred and/or equivalent work experience.\n\n3+ experience in direct practice management including annual revenues, payroll management, and employee performance reviews.\n\n1+ years of revenue cycle management experience and TOS service collections and patient billing resolution skills.\n\nLeadership experience managing clinical and administrative teams.\n\nStrong understanding of ambulatory practice operations, revenue cycle, patient experience, and healthcare workflows.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nEHR/practice management experience; athenahealth preferred.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\n\nWork Location (onsite 100%)\nThis position will be located at the main Eastgate practice but oversight at the West Chester practice as well.\nAdditional Information\nFull-time base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 dependent on years of experience.
