In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients entering our remote care program, guiding them through enrollment and initial device setup. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who thrives in a remote, independent work environment and is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality patient support.\nWhat you’ll do:\nConduct initial enrollment calls with new patients referred for remote patient monitoring\n\nClearly explain the RPM program, its benefits, and what to expect to patients and/or caregivers\n\nWalk patients through initial setup and configuration of remote monitoring devices\n\nTroubleshoot basic technical issues during device onboarding and escalate as needed\n\nVerify and accurately document patient information, consent, and enrollment status in the EHR/RPM platform\n\nCoordinate with clinical staff, care teams, and technical support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience\n\nPrioritize and manage a daily caseload of new enrollments to meet program timelines\n\nFollow up with patients as needed to confirm successful device setup and address early concerns\n\nMaintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy/security policies\n\nIdentify and communicate barriers to enrollment (e.g., technology literacy, connectivity issues, health literacy) to the care team\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nCurrent certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain medical and technical information in a clear, patient-friendly manner\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize a variable daily workload\n\nComfort with technology, including video/phone platforms, EHR systems, and remote monitoring devices\n\nReliable high-speed internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace\n\nStrong customer service orientation and empathy when working with patients of varying ages and technical abilities\n\nPrior experience with remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or virtual care programs\n\nExperience with EHR systems and enrollment or intake workflows\n\nBilingual candidates encouraged to apply\n\nWhat success looks like:\nHigh conversion rate from eligible patients to enrolled and transmitting\n\nMinimal device setup issues escalated to nursing or IT\n\nNursing team spends near-zero time on enrollment logistics\n\nPatients feel informed and supported before clinical monitoring begins\n\nWork Location:This is a 100% remote position. Employees must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet and private workspace, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.\nAdditional Information:This is a full-time role starting at $18-$20 per hour. Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week during normal business hours.
