Now sold in over 100 countries, Cardo is proud to be the world’s leading communication device for groups in motion.\nWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the Spanish brand strategy while establishing and managing our social media presence in the Spanish market.\nThis role combines strategic brand building with in-market execution, including social media and influencer activation, retailer engagement, training, and event support. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for motorcycling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working closely with customers, both online and in person.\nThis position's territory will be designated for Spain and will report to the EMEA Sales Director, with a dotted line to the Digital Marketing Director.\n**Please submit your CV in English**\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nBrand Management (50%)\nDevelop and execute the Spanish brand strategy in line with global brand guidelines.\nAdapt global marketing assets and campaigns for the Spanish market.\nConduct regular retail store visits to ensure brand visibility and gather market feedback.\nTrain and educate retail partners and store teams on product USPs, brand values, and new product introductions, on Motorcycle and Outdoor.\nRepresent the brand at key trade shows, activities, and consumer and retailer events.\nCollect real-world/end-user feedback and circulate this information internally.\nSocial Media & Influencers Marketing Activation (50%)\nLead the further development of all Spanish social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).\nDevelop and implement a Spain-specific content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals.\nCollaborate with influencers, creators, and content partners to drive engagement and awareness.\nMonitor and report performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, etc.).\nDrive local content creation, by working with content creators and shooting local content (should feel comfortable in front of a camera)\nLocalize global content and create bespoke Spanish-relevant content to grow a loyal community.\nManage social media budgets and paid campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital agencies (if applicable).\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nCar and Motorcycle Driving license - a must.\nMust be an active motorcycle rider with experience.\nSkiing experience is a plus.\nFluent in Spanish and English.\nA minimum of 3 years of sales experience.\nExperience managing social media channels.\nExperience in working with influencers and creators\nExperience in content creation and basic editing skills\nKnowledge of the motorcycle and outdoor markets is an advantage.\nExperience in developing markets & dealer channels is a plus.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nTravel within the assigned region at least 50% of the time.
