Role Description The System Administrator role at Care Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The System Administrator will manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers, including installation, configuration, and regular updates. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, performing backups, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to internal users and clients. The role also involves basic network administration tasks, such as managing network devices, ensuring connectivity, and supporting security best practices. The System Administrator will collaborate with the IT team to improve processes, document procedures, and ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration.
• Working knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows and Linux) and common server technologies is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft/Red Hat certifications) are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work on-site with clients and teams in Navi Mumbai.
