Our success is built on the strength of our people and with a vast network of care homes and a diverse range of support functions, we're on a mission to find exceptional talent to join us on our journey.\nThe Role: \nThe successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the provision of an efficient and accurate billing function in a robust control environment to drive improved efficiency of the billing processes and the business as a whole.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAchieve personal cash collections as set by the Credit Control and Billing Manager\nReview and regularly correspond with all overdue aged debtors and resolve account disputes to ensure timely settlement of debts due to the company.\nLiaise with homes and Regional Directors to ensure that queries and outstanding issues are resolved promptly.\nProcess customer reconciliations.\nEscalate all bad debt/legal accounts to the Credit Control & Billing Manager\nEnsure credit control and systems records are accurate and up to date at all times.\nReport on monthly performance, sales ledger credit balances and aged debt issues.\nEnable cash collection opportunities to be maximised.\nAssist the Credit Control & Billing Manager in implementing procedure and systems improvements.\nEnsure that all debit bank transactions and refunds are processed regularly.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nEducated to AAT or qualified experience equivalent.\nPrevious sales ledger, credit control experience\nAbility to progress claims through litigation and solicitors (Desirable)\nMethodical, analytical, and logical thinker\nWhy Join Care UK?\nBe part of a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing outstanding care.\nCollaborate with a diverse and talented team in a supportive and inclusive environment.\nEnjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\nMake a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the success of our care homes.\nWe are committed to recruiting diverse, talented people, who share our passion for helping others.
