Our success is built on the strength of our people and with a vast network of care homes and a diverse range of support functions, we're on a mission to find exceptional talent to join us on our journey.\nThe role\nThe role will lead, plan and deliver building related projects, primarily of minor works and with key responsibility for the delivery of the unit (bedroom) refurbishment programme which is anticipated to be renewed annually. The role may also include involvement in major refurbishment projects, the Capital Asset Replacement programme and Health & Safety remedial works collaborating with colleagues in the team and consultants. The role is field based and by necessity involves regular visits to the care homes relevant to the programmes.
