The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP Gateway/OData services, SAPUI5/Fiori application development, and integration technologies while working in an Agile product development environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nABAP Development:\n\n- Develop and enhance ABAP objects including:\n\n1. Reports (Classical & ALV)\n\n2. Interfaces\n\n3. Enhancements\n\n4. Forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms)\n\n5. BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, User Exits\n\n- Perform code optimization and performance tuning.\n\n- Develop CDS Views and AMDPs in SAP HANA environments.\n\nOData & SAP Gateway:\n\n- Design and develop OData services using SAP Gateway.\n\n- Implement CRUDQ operations.\n\n- Develop custom Gateway projects using SEGW.\n\n- Handle deep entity operations and function imports.\n\n- Troubleshoot OData service issues and performance bottlenecks.\n\nSAP Fiori / UI5 Development:\n\n- Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5.\n\n- Create responsive user interfaces following Fiori Design Guidelines.\n\n- Consume OData services in SAPUI5 applications.\n\n- Develop custom controls, fragments, and reusable components.\n\n- Configure and maintain Fiori Launchpad catalogs, groups, and roles.\n\nS/4HANA Development:\n\n- Develop CDS Views and annotations.\n\n- Work with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) concepts.\n\n- Build analytical and transactional applications.\n\n- Utilize HANA database features for optimized performance.\n\nIntegration & Support:\n\n- Collaborate with functional consultants and product owners.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.\n\n- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.\n\n- Support production incidents and system enhancements.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\nStrong Expertise In:\n\n- ABAP Objects (OOABAP)\n\n- SAP Gateway / OData\n\n- SAPUI5\n\n- SAP Fiori Elements\n\n- CDS Views\n\n- S/4HANA Development\n\n- RFC, BAPI, Enhancements\n\n- SmartForms / Adobe Forms\n\nGood Knowledge Of:\n\n- RAP Model\n\n- SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)\n\n- Git and version control\n\n- HANA SQL\n\n- Workflow concepts\n\n- Fiori Launchpad Configuration\n\nExposure Preferred:\n\n- SAP BTP\n\n- CAP Model\n\n- SAP Build Apps\n\n- SAP Work Zone\n\n- SAP Integration Suite\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.\n\n- SAP Certification in ABAP, Fiori, or S/4HANA is desirable.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.\n\n- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.\n\nPreferred Experience:\n\n- At least 23 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\n\n- Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.\n\n- Product development experience is a plus.\n\n- Exposure to global delivery environments.\n\nAbout Careator Technologies:\n\nWe provide end-to-end IT and digital transformation services, including SAP ERP solutions (implementation, S/4HANA migration, cloud, analytics), Salesforce CRM services (full-cycle implementation, customization, integration, support), and Custom Application and Product Development.
