The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and client-facing experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead end-to-end SAP CPI/Integration Suite implementation projects.\n\n- Design integration architecture for SAP and third-party applications.\n\n- Develop and review complex iFlows, message mappings, value mappings, and reusable integration components.\n\n- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Salesforce, and other adapters.\n\n- Develop Groovy scripts, XSLT, and Java mappings for complex transformation requirements.\n\n- Configure and manage SAP Cloud Connector, API Management, and Integration Suite services.\n\n- Define security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, certificates, and PGP encryption.\n\n- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, exception handling, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Lead technical design workshops and interact with business stakeholders and solution architects.\n\n- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.\n\n- Manage deployments, transport management, release planning, and production support.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution design documents.\n\n- Support estimations, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities when required.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in SAP Integration Suite (CPI).\n\n- Expertise in SAP BTP services.\n\n- Integration with : SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, SAP MDG, Salesforce, and other cloud and on-premise applications.\n\n- Strong knowledge of : REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData Services, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, JDBC, and SFTP.\n\n- Hands-on experience with : Groovy scripting, XML, JSON, XSLT, Message Mapping, Value Mapping, and Content Modifier.\n\n- Experience with : API Management, Event-driven integrations, SAP Cloud Connector, and OAuth, JWT, SSL Certificates.\n\n- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies is preferred.\n\nLeadership Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead a team of SAP CPI developers and consultants.\n\n- Review solution designs and code quality.\n\n- Coordinate with functional consultants, architects, and customer stakeholders.\n\n- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentoring.\n\n- Participate in architecture governance and design reviews.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.\n\n- SAP Integration Suite/CPI Certification preferred.\n\n- SAP BTP Certification is an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- SAP PI/PO migration to SAP CPI.\n\n- API-led integration architecture.\n\n- Event Mesh and asynchronous messaging.\n\n- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP integration.\n\n- Experience with global rollout projects and multi-country implementations.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.\n\n-
