The consultant will work closely with business teams to analyse requirements, design functional solutions, and support end-to-end processes within SAP ECC/S/4HANA.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Analyse and document requirements for Article Master creation, extension, updates, and mass maintenance.\n\n- Support onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle management of Vendors and Business Partners, including validations and duplicate checks.\n\n- Configure and validate procurement master data relevant to Article Master processes (Purchase Info Records, Source Lists, Bills of Material).\n\n- Support article-related processes including prepacks, variant characteristics, service packs, beverages with deposits, article relationships, hierarchy, listings/de-listings, and assortments.\n\n- Define data validation rules, process flows, and approval requirements with cross-functional teams.\n\n- Contribute to designing mass upload templates, data checks, and data quality frameworks.\n\n- Participate in SIT/UAT, prepare functional documentation and test scripts, and support business users during rollout.\n\n- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and SOPs.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 5 - 7 years of experience in SAP IS Retail, SAP S/4HANA Fashion/Retail, or SAP MM (Materials Management).\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Article Master processes (Article types, attributes, characteristics, variants, brand management).\n\n- Expertise in Article hierarchy and assortment/listing processes.\n\n- Proven experience with procurement master data linked to Article Master (PIRs, Source Lists, Info Records, BOMs).\n\n- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nMust Skills:\n\n- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).\n\n- Strong stakeholder management;
