Candidate should be capable of independently driving security initiatives while collaborating with business and technical teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, implement, and support SAP Security roles, authorizations, and access controls across SAP environments.\n\n- Manage SAP GRC Access Control modules including:\n\n1. Access Risk Analysis (ARA)\n\n2. Access Request Management (ARM)\n\n3. Emergency Access Management (EAM)\n\n4. Business Role Management (BRM)\n\n5. User Access Reviews (UAR)\n\n- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk remediation, and mitigation control management.\n\n- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and governance requirements.\n\n- Integrate and manage security across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud platforms (SAC, BTP, IAG, BDC).\n\n- Troubleshoot user access issues and optimize security processes.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, audit teams, developers, and infrastructure teams.\n\n- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- Strong experience in SAP Security & Authorizations.\n\n- Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, UAR).\n\n- Experience with SoD analysis, risk management, and compliance controls.\n\n- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Security Design.\n\n- Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance requirements.\n\n- Exposure to SAP Cloud Security, including SAC, BTP, and IAG integration.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Certifications:\n\n- SAP Identity Management (ADM920)\n\n- SAP S/4HANA Authorization Concepts (ADM940)\n\n- SAP Fiori Authorization Concepts (ADM945)\n\n- SAP NetWeaver Security (ADM960)\n\nAbout Careator Technologies:\n\nWe provide end-to-end IT and digital transformation services, including SAP ERP solutions (implementation, S/4HANA migration, cloud, analytics), Salesforce CRM services (full-cycle implementation, customization, integration, support), and Custom Application and Product Development.
