Sr Project Manager, you will work closely with project managers, functional leaders, and subject matter experts across the organization to coordinate projects, improve processes, leverage modern productivity tools, and help teams successfully deliver strategic initiatives.\nResponsibilities: \nProject Coordination & Execution\nSupport the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of cross-functional projects across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams.\nDevelop, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.\nCoordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions.\nAssist project leaders in identifying and resolving project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.\nTrack project performance against established milestones, timelines, and objectives.\nPrepare clear, concise project communications and presentations for stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nPortfolio Management & Strategic Prioritization\nSupport portfolio-level planning, tracking, and reporting across active and emerging PPMO initiatives to help leadership maintain visibility into project status, priorities, risks, and resource needs.\nAssist with maintaining portfolio dashboards, roadmap views, prioritization tools, and governance materials that enable data-driven decision-making.\nHelp collect, organize, and synthesize project and program information from cross-functional teams to support portfolio reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning discussions.\nMonitor portfolio dependencies, milestones, capacity considerations, and key decision points to help identify potential conflicts or opportunities for alignment.\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, templates, metrics, and reporting standards within the PPMO.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve project execution efficiency.\nDevelop standardized templates, documentation, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the PPMO and broader organization.\nApply structured problem-solving techniques to improve business processes and team effectiveness.\nTechnology & Digital Enablement\nServe as a power user and advocate for Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Planner, and Copilot.\nHelp establish and maintain organized, scalable project workspaces and information repositories.\nExplore and evaluate emerging software solutions that improve collaboration, project visibility, and operational efficiency.\nSupport the adoption of project management tools and best practices across teams.\nAI Innovation & Automation\nLeverage AI-powered tools to enhance project planning, documentation, meeting management, reporting, and knowledge sharing.\nExperiment with and recommend innovative ways to apply AI and automation to business processes.\nStay informed on evolving AI technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve productivity across the organization.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nBuild strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across technical, scientific, operational, and business functions.\nCommunicate effectively with audiences ranging from laboratory scientists and engineers to senior business leaders.\nFacilitate information sharing, alignment, and decision-making across project teams.\nMinimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge (Required):\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field) or another technical discipline.\n0-3 years of project coordination, project management, operations, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or related experience.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.\nDemonstrated organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of assigned work.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.\nDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies, systems, and processes quickly.\nAbility to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to project management methodologies and tools.\nFamiliarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.\nFamiliarity with product development lifecycles and regulated environments such as FDA, CLIA, ISO 13485.\nExposure to portfolio management concepts, including project intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, resource visibility, governance, and executive-level reporting.\nCAPM, PMP, or other project management certification (preferred but not required).\nFamiliar with AI tools and a demonstrated interest in applying AI to improve business processes.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal
