This role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, designing robust RPA workflows, and deploying solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy across the organization. Experience automating Finance-related processes is highly desired.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with business units-especially Finance-to gather automation requirements and identify opportunities to streamline recurring manual tasks.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, particularly within Finance operations.\nCreate reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns for scalability and maintenance.\nMonitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment, addressing exceptions and making enhancements as needed.\nDocument process flows, technical design, and user guides for deployed automations.\nIntegrate Power Automate Desktop with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse) and third-party systems.\nProvide training and support to citizen developers and internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate with IT and security teams to ensure governance, data protection, and compliance with automation standards.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation: B.S in Computer Science or related degree required plus a minimum of 5 years direct experience.\nExperience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with a focus on Power Automate Desktop.\nProven experience automating Finance workflows.\nStrong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and exception handling.\nExperience with desktop automation, web automation, file and email automation, and UI-based scripting.\nProficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and business documentation.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Dataverse).\nAbility to translate Finance process requirements into efficient automation workflows.\nBasic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nEffective communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nRPA or Power Platform certifications are a plus.\nAlthough remote, will require travel to the site based on projects and deliverables.\nAdditional Details: \nEvery individual at CareDx has a direct impact on our collective mission to improve the lives of organ transplant patients worldwide.
