The ideal candidate is a seasoned administrator with hands-on experience managing enterprise environments who can operate independently while collaborating effectively across IT and business teams.\nResponsibilities: \n• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nManage Active Directory accounts, security groups, group memberships, and identity-related services.\nAdminister Okta, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO integrations, MFA, and application assignments.\nSupport onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities through established identity and access management processes.\nTroubleshoot authentication, access, email, collaboration, and directory-related issues.\nManage Microsoft 365 licensing, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, security groups, and resource accounts.\nSupport enterprise SaaS applications and their integrations with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Okta.\nPerform routine administration, maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nParticipate in user access reviews, audit requests, and compliance activities.\nWork directly with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.\nAssist with technology projects, cloud initiatives, and operational improvements.\nMinimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge (Required):\n3+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems.\nStrong experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.\nHands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration.\nExperience administering Okta or another enterprise identity management platform.\nExperience configuring and supporting SSO and MFA solutions.\nExperience managing Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.\nExperience supporting user lifecycle management processes.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience creating and maintaining technical documentation.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft 365 Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Okta Certified Administrator, or similar certifications.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nExperience supporting hybrid identity environments.\nExperience supporting SOX-controlled or regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft security and compliance capabilities.\nExperience participating in audits, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.\nExperience Level\nSystems Administrator II\n4-7 years of relevant experience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\nAdditional Details: \nEvery individual at CareDx has a direct impact on our collective mission to improve the lives of organ transplant patients worldwide.
