Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our team. \n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements, along with hands-on experience in integrating with enterprise systems, managing configurations, and ensuring compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Saviynt Platform : Detail technical understanding of how Saviynt platform engineering works and how rules and logics are built.\n\n- AD/AAD : Detail understanding of AD domains and logical structuring and AAD as a tenant.\n\n- Role governance : Detail understanding of how Identity role engineering works in context to Saviynt as a platform and AD-AAD group's membership.\n\n- Exposure to MTO (Multi-tenant organization feature from Microsoft) as a capability.\n\n- Design, develop, and deploy enhancements for ARS, SoD, and Recertification workflows.\n\n- Configure entitlement governance (RBAC/SODs), access reviews, and attestation processes.\n\n- Collaborate with product teams to onboard applications and improve automation/self-service capabilities.\n\n- Maintain high code quality and operational integrity across all deliverables.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Saviynt solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM).\n\n- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in complex environments.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Understanding of audit controls, compliance, and IAM governance models.\n\nTechnical Competencies : \n\n- Access reviews, Active Directory (AD), Attestation processes, Azure Active Directory (AAD),
