The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications. Candidates with prior experience working in reputed MNCs will be given preference.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.\n\n- Build and enhance applications on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).\n\n- Develop scalable Lightning components and reusable solutions following Salesforce best practices.\n\n- Customize standard Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Flows, and Process Automation.\n\n- Design and develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.\n\n- Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and deployment using Salesforce DevOps best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Optimize system performance and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 4-6 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in : \n\n1. Sales Cloud\n\n2. Service Cloud\n\n3. Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)\n\n- Strong knowledge of : \n\n1. Apex\n\n2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)\n\n3. Aura Components\n\n4. Visualforce\n\n5. SOQL & SOSL\n\n6. Salesforce Flows\n\n7. Triggers\n\n8. Batch Apex\n\n9.
