The ideal candidate should have prior MNC experience, excellent communication skills, and be available to join immediately or within the notice period.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\n\n- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.\n\n- Create and execute email campaigns using Email Studio.\n\n- Develop dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.\n\n- Configure and manage Automation Studio workflows for campaign automation.\n\n- Build and optimize audience segmentation using SQL and Data Extensions.\n\n- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.\n\n- Develop APIs and integrations for marketing automation processes.\n\n- Monitor campaign performance and optimize deliverability and engagement.\n\n- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely production support.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.\n\n- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory).\n\n- Excellent experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.\n\n- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, CSS, and SQL.\n\n- Experience in Data Extensions, Audience Segmentation, and Personalization.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud APIs and third-party integrations.\n\n- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration with Marketing Cloud.\n\n- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.\n\n- Experience in campaign automation, email deliverability, and performance optimization.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
