This is a role with Initio Capital.\nThe role\nWe provide the leads. You bring experience in the category, a confident phone manner, and consistent follow-through. Your work is outbound calling, qualifying needs, and moving suitable accounts to the next step.\nWhat you will do\nWork a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts. You are not expected to bring a prospect database.\nMake outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.\nAsk clear discovery questions about financial services for newly formed businesses and document the customer need accurately.\nArrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.\nUse approved messaging and company-provided outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.\nShare recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.\nWhat we are looking for\nPrior BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound business development experience selling business banking, commercial lending, business accounts, cards, or related financial products.\nConfidence calling business owners and explaining practical product benefits without overstating them.\nA record of disciplined outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and reliable CRM follow-through.\nAbility to commit to agreed part-time calling blocks during the target market's business hours.\nA quiet calling environment, reliable internet connection, and clear professional communication.\nAbility to take on outside work without breaching an existing employment agreement or creating a conflict of interest.\nPart-time schedule and pay\nThis is a remote, part-time position. You do not need to leave your current job. Calling hours and workload will be agreed in advance so they fit the availability you can reliably commit.\nThe fixed pay range is $3,000 to $8,000 per month, depending on experience, agreed hours, and scope.\nProfessional standards\nWe are not recruiting current employees of the providers whose offerings you would represent.
