Duties & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop a team of 12+ engineering and customer success professionals. Oversee software engineering, embedded payment solutions, integrations and technical delivery. Manage customer implementations, UAT, go-live and post-deployment support. Act as the senior technical escalation point for key customers. Build strong relationships with banking and enterprise customers. Ensure technical delivery meets customer and commercial requirements.
