performance within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, reporting requirements and data-related challenges.\n\n Gather, analyse and interpret large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.\n\n Translate business requirements into data analysis, reporting solutions and actionable recommendations.\n\n Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations to support business decision-making.\n\n Use SQL and relevant analytical tools to extract, transform, validate and analyse data.\n\n Conduct data profiling, reconciliation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.\n\n Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.\n\n Develop and maintain documentation covering data definitions, business rules, analytical methodologies and reporting processes.\n\n Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, product managers, business teams and other stakeholders.\n\n Support the development and improvement of data models, reporting frameworks and analytical processes.\n\n Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve data processing efficiency.\n\n Assist with the interpretation of key business performance indicators and operational metrics.\n\n Ensure compliance with applicable data governance, confidentiality, privacy and security requirements.\n\n Support data-related projects from requirements gathering through analysis, implementation and delivery.\n\n Monitor the effectiveness of implemented data solutions and recommend improvements where necessary.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience\n\n A degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data consulting or a related analytical role.\n\n Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.\n\n Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.\n\n Demonstrated ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful business insights.\n\n Experience gathering requirements and working with multiple business stakeholders.\n\n Understanding of data quality, data validation and data governance principles.\n\n Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.\n\n Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into practical recommendations.\n\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outputs within agreed timelines.\n\nPackage &
