The ideal candidate will have strong ABAP development expertise, hands-on experience with Personnel Administration and Payroll modules, and the ability to build scalable integrations and reporting solutions that support HR and payroll operations.\nExperience: 5- 7 Years\nWhat we’re looking for\nDesign, develop, test, and support SAP HCM applications and custom developments using ABAP and ABAP Objects (OO ABAP).\nDevelop and maintain complex ALV reports utilizing Personnel Administration (PA) info types and Payroll data.\nAnalyse, read, and interpret payroll results, payroll clusters, and wage type data to support business and reporting requirements.\nBuild custom reports, enhancements, and solutions leveraging SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll modules\nSupport payroll posting processes to Finance (FI) by analysing payroll posting results and resolving related issues.\nDevelop and expose business logic through OData services, APIs, and other service-based integrations.\nDesign, develop, and maintain interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and file-based integrations (XML/CSV)\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and support procedures.\nWork independently with minimal supervision while delivering pragmatic and solution-oriented outcome.\nWho we are\nGlencore is one of the world’s largest global diversified natural resource companies and a major producer and marketer of more than 60 commodities.
