Discovery Management\nDraft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission).\nOrganize, review, and summarize medical records, billing statements, insurance documents, and case evidence.\nCoordinate depositions: schedule appointments, prepare subpoenas, and communicate with court reporters, experts, and clients.\nAssist in preparing settlement demand packages and negotiation materials.\n3. Client & Third-Party Communications\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the litigation phase, providing clear, consistent, and empathetic communication.\nCommunicate with medical providers, insurance companies, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses.\nProvide clients with regular updates regarding case status, hearings, deadlines, and required documentation.\n4.
