ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for an operational leader capable of translating strategic vision into concrete results - combining team leadership, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Operations Manager leads teams, designs processes, and ensures the organization operates with efficiency, quality, and scale. This is not just a task manager - this is an architect of operational systems.

We're looking for someone with proven cross-functional team management experience and a process mindset that drives standardization without killing agility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop operational teams, establishing clear goals and performance metrics.
Design, document, and implement scalable and efficient operational processes.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective action when deviations arise.
Manage operational budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning.
Implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

3-7 years in operations, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
English level C1 or higher.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with analytical and operational management tools.
Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability.
