The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure development works for the New Science Centre, working closely with consultants, contractors, government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project activities.\n[What you will be working on]\nYou will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities to ensure the timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables. This includes liaising with various stakeholders, overseeing tender and procurement processes, administering contracts, and monitoring progress claims, variation orders and project expenditure.\nYou will also monitor project progress, identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions to address project challenges. In addition, you will prepare management reports, presentations and project updates, coordinate meetings and follow-up actions, and support project completion, handover and operational readiness for the New Science Centre.\n[What we are looking for]\nYou should preferably have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in building development, construction or project management. Experience in public sector projects will be an added advantage.\nYou should have a good understanding of project management, procurement processes and contract administration, complemented by strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
