Your work ensures that spendingremainsefficient and that our tendering and awarding processes are grounded in robustfinancial data.\n\nPerformance & Utility Optimization: You willbe responsible forthe monitoring ofKPIs and utilities management across JTC’s portfolio.You will analyze consumption patterns and performance metrics to ensure our estate management targets are consistently met.\n\nStrategic Management Reporting: You will translate operational data into high-level reports for management.
