The division collaborates with EnterpriseSG’s business units to identify promising growth-stage enterprises and develops value creation strategies and initiatives to accelerate the growth of these companies.The Scale-Up team in GED is responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of Scale-Up, EnterpriseSG’s flagship programme to help aspiring, high growth companies accelerate their growth and become global champions.\nOur team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive the end-to-end process in an agile and iterative manner, from programme design, selection and onboarding of suitable enterprises and programme partners to programme execution and ongoing engagement with the business leaders to ensure that their growth needs are effectively met.\n[What you will be working on]\nThis individual will play a key role in driving the design and delivery of the Scale-Up programme while managing senior relationships with high-growth companies to support and accelerate their growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate and managepartners to ensure the effectiveness and continued success of the Scale-Up programme\n\nWork closely with EnterpriseSG’s business units such as Industry Clusters, Global Markets and Programmes & Policies teams to plan and execute initiatives to support the companies in Scale-Up\n\nBuild C-suite and executive relationships with the companies to understand their interests and ensure their evolving growth needs are met\n\nSupport companies on their growth journey post-programme by designing and executing an effective alumni engagement strategy and leadership community\n\nAnalyse qualitative and qualitative data and conduct programme reviews to continuously enhance Scale-Up's design and delivery, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful for Singapore's high-growth enterprises\n\n[What we are looking for]\nWe are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, able to understand and manage multiple stakeholders demands, strong business acumen and project management skills.
