Development\nAttend partnership meetings with potential campaign supporters\nResearch prospective partners and prepare briefing materials\nMaintain partnership database and track collaboration progress\nVolunteer Management\nRecruit and onboard volunteers through various channels\nConduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support\nBuild relationships with volunteer coordinators and organise appreciation activities\nCampaign Support\nSupport overall Chingay: Road to UNESCO campaign activities\nAssist with content creation and promotional materials\nCompile progress reports and conduct post-campaign analysis\nCollaborative Opportunities:\nWork with event management, marketing, and community outreach teams\nCollaborate with external partners, schools, and community organisations\nParticipate in cross-functional campaign planning meetings\n[What we are looking for]\nUndergraduate, diploma is welcome, individual with social media marketing background is preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and soft skills (e.g., communication, adaptability)\nWilling to work during weekends for Chingay: Road to UNESCO roadshows, “My Little Chingay Float” reading sessions and children activities/engagement with libraries, preschools and community events.\nAssist to coordinate PA NDP Show Contingent recruitment and
