The role focuses on enhancing project delivery, information management, collaboration and engineering outcomes through the effective application of BIM standards, processes, and technologies.\nThe engineer will work closely with project teams, consultants and contractors to drive BIM excellence and digital transformation throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop, implement and continuously improve BIM standards, workflows, templates and governance frameworks.\nSupport project teams in BIM execution planning, model coordination and digital delivery.\nReview BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\nEstablish and maintain information management practices in accordance with organisational and project requirements.\nDrive BIM adoption and capability development among internal and external stakeholders.\nFacilitate collaboration between project teams, consultants and contractors throughout the design and construction stages.\nPromote digital engineering initiatives that improve design quality, productivity and project outcomes.\nMonitor emerging BIM technologies, industry developments and best practices for continuous improvement.\n[What we are looking for]\nKnowledge in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment or other relevant disciplines.\nExperience in engineering consultancy, design development, construction or infrastructure project delivery.\nPractical experience in BIM implementation, coordination or digital delivery.\nExperience working with multidisciplinary project teams within major infrastructure or construction projects.\nFamiliarity with BIM governance, information management and project information requirements.\nTechnical Competencies\nGood understanding of BIM methodologies and digital delivery workflows.\nFamiliarity with ISO 19650 and information management principles.\nExperience with one or more of the following platforms:Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)\nBIM Collaborate Pro\nNavisworks\nCivil 3D\nBentley OpenRail\nBentley OpenBuildings\nBentley OpenTunnel\n\nPreferred Competencies\nExperience in BIM standards development and governance.\nKnowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) principles.\nExperience in digital engineering transformation initiatives.\nExposure to model-based review, coordination and construction workflows.\nBasic scripting or automation capability using tools such as Dynamo or Python.\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong stakeholder management and engagement skills.\nGood communication and presentation abilities.\nAbility to influence project teams and drive organisational change.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nPassion for digital
