The role focuses on system integration, information management, automation, data engineering and AI-enabled solutions to improve engineering productivity and organisational effectiveness.\nThe engineer will work with engineering users, technology vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions that strengthen LTA's digital engineering ecosystem.\nAdminister and enhance Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and associated digital engineering systems.\nDesign and implement automation solutions to improve engineering workflows and business processes.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between engineering platforms, enterprise systems and external applications.\nSupport implementation of AI, Generative AI and data-driven solutions for engineering and corporate use cases.\nEstablish platform governance, metadata standards and information management controls.\nDevelop dashboards, analytics and reporting solutions to support operational decision-making.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve digital capabilities.\nCollaborate with business users to translate operational needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.\n[What we are looking for]\nKnowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.\nExperience in digital platform implementation, software development, systems engineering or enterprise application administration.\nExperience developing or deploying automation, analytics or data-driven solutions.\nDemonstrated experience in implementing technical solutions rather than solely managing projects or maintaining systems.\nExperience working with enterprise information management or engineering systems.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong programming and technical problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in one or more of the following:Python\nSQL\nREST APIs\nPower Platform\nJavaScript\nCloud-based services\n\nExperience with one or more of the following:Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)\nBentley ProjectWise\nSharePoint\nAzure Services\nPower
