revenue and asset performance\nManage landlord-tenant relationships, resolve tenancy related matters and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on operational and leasing requirements\nTender Management and Administration\nPrepare tender specifications and documentation, conduct tender evaluations and manage end to end tender process through to award\nDevelop appropriate tender strategies and evaluation criteria to achieve optimal outcomes and maximise asset value\nEnsure tender processes comply with established policies, governance requirements and procedures\nProject Development and Stakeholder Management\nPlan and coordinate development initiatives, asset enhancement works and adaptive reuse projects, including monitoring implementation progress and deliverables\nEngage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, operators and relevant authorities to facilitate project execution\nPrepare business proposals, management reports and presentations and provide recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision making.\n[What we are looking for]\nBackground in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Arts or related discipline\n3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, asset management, leasing, business development or project management\nGood understanding of real estate markets, tenancy and lease administration, property operations and development processes.\nExperience in tender management, financial analysis, market research and feasibility assessment would be advantageous\nStrong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders\nSelf-motivated, resourceful and proactive team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
