[What the role is] The Manager (Projects) supports SE CDC's mission to build a caring and united community within the South East district by implementing community programmes and deepening partnerships with corporate, community, and social sector partners.The role leads two key district initiatives (ClubSE100, a philanthropy and fundraising programme, and Adopt a Block @ South East, a partnership engagement strategy) to mobilise resources and strengthen support for vulnerable residents across the district. Through these efforts, the Manager contributes directly to SE CDC's goal of fostering a "We First" society within the South East district. [What you will be working on] Implement and oversee existing SE CDC community programmes at the Aljunied GRC cluster, ensuring effective delivery across key demographic segments including seniors, youths, families, and vulnerable residents. Establish and grow ClubSE100, a recurrent membership programme for individual and corporate donors, by recruiting and onboarding members, coordinating engagement activities, and organising annual appreciation and networking events to sustain philanthropic support for vulnerable residents.
