You will manage a portfolio of companies, build strong industry partnerships, and develop a deep understanding of their priorities, operational challenges and growth opportunities.\nYou will support these companies in their growth and transformation, while working with industry and government stakeholders to advance sector-wide development. Through these efforts, you will help build a more productive, sustainable and future-ready sector that supports the continued growth of Singapore’s air hub.\nIf you are ready to make an impact on Singapore’s air hub, we invite you to read on and apply.\n[What you will be working on]\nServe as CAAS’ key point of contact for a portfolio of ground handlers and/or cargo terminal operators, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of each company’s operations, priorities, growth plans and challenges.\nDevelop and execute an engagement strategy for each company, identifying emerging issues and opportunities and aligning its plans with the priorities of Singapore’s air hub.\nPartner companies to develop and implement transformation plans that enhance their infrastructure, operations and workforce, and improve capacity, productivity and resilience.\nSupport companies in addressing priorities across capacity and infrastructure, manpower, capability development, sustainability and innovation, drawing on resources and expertise across CAAS and other government agencies where needed.\nIdentify and lead sector-wide initiatives that require coordination across multiple companies and stakeholders, including efforts to strengthen shared capabilities and address common challenges across the ground handling and air cargo sectors.\nTrack the outcomes of company- and sector-level initiatives, and provide management with regular insights on performance, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.\nLead inter-agency workstreams on major ground handling and/or air cargo initiatives, and supervise and develop junior officers in the team (for Senior Manager appointment).\n[What we are looking for]\nPassion for aviation and a strong interest in shaping the growth and transformation of Singapore's ground handling and air cargo sectors.\nTraining in any discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in account management, industry development, business development or related fields.\nStrong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute transformation programmes.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation skills to persuade and build consensus among stakeholders.\nExperience in cross-functional and senior stakeholder engagement is a plus.\nExperience in the public sector is a plus.\nProficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.\nPrior experience in leading teams is preferred for Senior Manager appointments.\nDetailed and meticulous, and a proficient writer.\nA positive can-do attitude amidst a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.\nSelf-motivated, driven, resourceful, a good team player and able to multi-task.\nNote: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience.
