The CLPO will be the first tripartite-led centre in Singapore that focuses on extending the career longevity of Singaporeans, in line with promoting a wider Career Health culture. The CLPO will promote dedicated initiatives to help mature and senior workers plan and prepare for their later stage careers early, and equip employers with resources and capability development to redesign jobs and workplace practices to support career longevity of their workforce. In the longer term, the CLPO will drive thought leadership and research to amplify career longevity on a national level. You will have the opportunity to engage individuals and employers to understand their needs to implement career longevity. You will need to work collaboratively with other SWDA departments, MOM, tripartite partners, industry players and solution or technology providers to co-develop initiatives and resources.[What you will be working on]\nYou will support the Executive Director (ED) and Assistant Director (AD) of the CLPO.\nPlanning and Operations\nEstablish the setup of CLPO, including setting up a Tripartite Advisory Panel\nDevelop CLPO overall mission, vision and strategic plan, corresponding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and priority focus areas\nIdentify individual and employer archetypes, and their corresponding needs to serve prioritised archetypes\nImplement data collection mechanisms to generate insights and trends, and work with partners on research\nTrack and monitor corporate KPIs and programmes deliverables\nPartnership Management and Engagement\nDrive adoption and innovation of CLPO programmes and initiatives\nEnsure programmes delivery and performance, in conjunction with internal and external partners and stakeholders\nFoster and engage strategic partners to establish trusted and sustained collaborations, and as advocates on the ground\nManage programmes grants to partners\n[What we are looking for]\nAbility to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders\nAbility to work well in a team\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nHighly motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-project environment\nBusiness development mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities\nCuriosity to understand an issue deeply, with tenacity and perseverance to find solutions to the challenges identified\nStrong ability to adopt a forward looking and strategic perspective of the big picture, yet sufficiently grounded to understand ground constraints to propose realistic and implementable solutions\nAbility to manage funds/grants, or with relevant experience\nPrior experience in a similar area of work will be an advantage\nSuccessful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.\nCandidates are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include your CSP public profile in your resume.
