About the RoleJoin our multidisciplinary team as a Manager/Senior Manager, Product Policy & Planning and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Singapore's skills and career ecosystem.
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and self-driven individual to research, design, and implement pioneering policies that strengthen the quality and effectiveness of digital services for individuals.
Working at the intersection of policy, strategy, data, and operations, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and service delivery teams to ensure the policy intent is translated into impactful user experiences and service outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to enabling the workforce to make informed choices in their career and skills development.
This role suits individuals who are prepared to engage the ground, able to translate policies into operational practice and enjoy working collaboratively with product and business teams to contribute to the national skills and workforce development agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct researchand use data todevelop,innovateandreview policiesto ensure the digital products(not limited toMySkillsFutureand Careers & Skills Passport)continue to stay relevant and serve individual’scareer and skills developmentneeds
Develop and review quality assessmentpoliciesand workflowto upholdproductrigour,brandingand integrity
Analyseuser data toidentifyopportunities to improve user journey,personalisationandengagementstrategy,and work withproduct,partnership, marketingteams toevaluatethe insightsbeforeconceptualisingtheimplementationplan
Walk the ground, engage stakeholderssuch asindividuals, training providers, employers,datapartnerstogatherindustry intelligence andfeedback,toinform forward planning andensureourpolicies continue tostayrelevant
Track and reporttoplineperformance indicators forthe digitalproducts
Maintainpolicy andoperations manual forthe digitalproducts
[What we are looking for]
What We Are Looking For
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Ideallyyou should have at least2 years of experience in policy development, operations, or a related field, preferably within a public sector or digital services context
Strong analyticaland writing skills
Proficientin data analyticsandable totranslate findingsto informpolicyformulation and planning
Comfortable engaging stakeholders and able to communicate expectations clearly and constructively
Familiarity with Singapore's continuing education and training (CET) landscape is a plus
Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and able to adapt to new demands as the work evolves
Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
