# GIS Developer/Analyst

Job Description GeneralThe GIS Analyst / Developer II reports to the Manager, IT or IT Director (Applications) and will be responsible for complete systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, design, technical requirements, coding, testing) implementation for geospatial and other application systems that support agency operations, planning, asset management, and field data workflows. This role is responsible for configuring, administering, developing, and integrating both Esri and open-source GIS technologies into enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Asset Management, Scheduling, and Planning applications, for the San Mateo County Transit District (SamTrans), the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB), and the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA). Essential Functions & Duties Designs, develops, administers, and supports enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, OGIS, geodatabases, web maps, feature services, dashboards, mobile GIS, and related technologies.
