The position serves as the Community Development Department’s primary coordinator for implementing the City’s Balanced Housing Strategy and other housing related objectives by facilitating housing development and redevelopment opportunities, leveraging City-owned property, fostering public-private partnerships, administering and enhancing housing programs, and identifying creative solutions to preserve, retain and expand the housing available to meet the community’s needs.\nMinimum qualifications \nExperience and Training Guidelines\nAny combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
