May supervise subordinate employees.\nMajor/Essential Functions\nSupervise Phlebotomist staff.\nSchedule patients for laboratory services and EKG.\nCollect various specimens, with CMP's being fasting. Giving critical lab values or cultures to ordering physician.\nProvide HIV post counseling for CID department and complete HIV pre-release testing.\nWorks with phlebotomist to maintain laboratory cleanliness in accordance with ACA standards\nMaintains laboratory licensing and credentials to ensure the lab is in compliance with operating standards as stated within policy.\nMaintains supplies, and lab equipment, & reporting non-functioning equipment to proper person as found.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school or equivalent and four years' experience.
